I remember when I was an ICT facilitator sitting with a teacher who had an ICT problem, I think it was how to embed a video on his blog. He was completely amazed when I asked my twitter friends for advice and had responses come back with suggestions from all over the world. It is a very simple but powerful tool for collaboration and connection, and developing friendships.
